Check thyroid to make sure it is functioning correctly.
Food: Cut out fats, sugars. Nibble on vegetables (shredded cabbage is excellent). Eat small portions of chicken and fish.
Bodywork: Exercise. Walking is especially useful. People should exercise until they work up a good sweat. Always make sure you are in good physical health before starting a strenuous exercise program.
Supplements: Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin B6, Lecithin, Vitamin C.
Herbs: Chickweed, Kelp, Bladderwrack, Sage, Saw Palmetto.
